How to make a cappuccino with the DeLonghi EC330

A good friend of mine is hesitant about getting a coffee machine, wanting to spend £500+ on an all singing, all dancing version. The DeLonghi EC330 was £85 when I bought it in 2009 and makes excellent coffee. It's all about the barista!
