Double shot, any tips? please tell me I am new to this machine, and if you have this machine tell me how you froth/steam the milk... I am having problems with the milk rising still even if I put the wand far under the milk. Also the espresso I have been making lately taste kinda watery and I even flush out the steam wand every time if you know what is going wrong please tell me
